OXNARD, CA - L-Acoustics US named Andrew Nagel to the new post of installation support manager. Nagel reports to Cedric Montrezor, global head of installation support for L-Acoustics.
Nagel, who will be based in New York, will serve as the primary technical contact for systems integrators in the eastern U.S., offering sound design assistance and solutions, providing on-site support, creating system models using L-Acoustics' Soundvision software, and conducting technical training and product demos.

 

In the four years before joining L-Acoustics, Nagel worked as a theatre consultant with Auerbach Pollock Friedlander in New York City. He has also worked in production management for theatre and dance and as a freelance sound designer/composer and engineer for a number of prominent performing arts venues.

 

Nagel has earned a BA from Western Michigan University and an MFA from the Yale University School of Drama.
