Prior to joining Harman, Simon led the strategic marketing, partnerships and promotions department at Disney Music Group. He has also worked with Jive Records (Sony/BMG), Atlantic Records (Warner Music Group) and Virgin Records (EMI) - more than 16 years of marketing and partnership experience in all.
Simon holds a B.B. in Marketing and Finance from Hofstra University in New York.
