Iosono Previews “CORE” 3D Audio Processing System

FRANKFURT, Germany — At Prolight+Sound/Musikmesse here, Iosono previewed “CORE,” a 3D audio processing product now being developed for release later this year.

More details from Iosono (www.iosono-sound.com):

IOSONO today announces “CORE”, a complete system solution for 3D audio processing enabling unparalleled soundscapes for cinemas, events and themed entertainment. The new processor has been designed to fulfill the highest expectations on multidimensional sound placement. IOSONO CORE is a modular platform that features tailor-made options for a variety of applications. The system can adapt to even the most individual customer requirements through flawless integration of optional I/O cards, guaranteeing best performance and cost-efficiency for all venues. The sleek and functional user interface ensures a fast and convenient operation, while the processor’s housing combines an elegant look with the robustness needed for use in live and event applications. In addition, IOSONO CORE provides more processing power, higher reliability and easier setup.

IOSONO CORE enables sounds to be emanated from the walls of the auditorium and, unlike any other system, sound elements can arrive from great distances, moving through the audience right to the listener’s ear. “With the introduction of the new CORE system, IOSONO once again sets the benchmark for 3D audio processing systems”, says Olaf Stepputat, CEO of IOSONO. “The new system has been developed with great feedback from our existing customers. After years of research we’re proud of the product it turned out to be,” he adds.

The IOSONO CORE processor will be available in Q3 2013. IOSONO will give a first preview of the audio processor at prolight+sound 2013. The leading international trade show for technologies and services for the events industry is taking place in Frankfurt, Germany this week from April 10 – 13. Visit IOSONO in booth B91 in hall 8.0.
