REIMS, France - For the son portion of a Son et Lumiere Spectacular celebrating 800 years at the Notre-Dame de Reims Cathedral, Community's Entasys was chosen for audio quality, SPL, coverage and throw. Called The Dream of Colors, the show takes place three times nightly from May through October at the cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The audio system consists of 16 Community Entasys three-way, full-range, column line-array loudspeakers supplemented by six 18-inch subwoofers. Lab.gruppen amps power the system, with a Yamaha DME32 processor for DSP.
