RIO DE JANEIRO - Allen & Heath's Brazilian distributor, Libor, helped André Zampieri, art and musical director for the nearly 30-year-old band Santa Maria, make the digital leap with an iLive-T112 Control Surface and iDR-48 MixRack at FOH.
"We have been using Allen & Heath's analog consoles for the last 15 years and have always enjoyed their sound quality and durability," said Zampieri. "I fell in love with iLive the first time I used it," he added.

 

Zampieri, who has been using the new gear for several months, credited iLive for audio quality and a flexible design that combines digital conveniences (such as the ability to use an iPhone, iPad or Laptop with the system) and the console's "analog" touch.

 

"We've visited many venues on tour and all the house engineers have given us very good feedback, and comment on how intuitive iLive is to use," Zampieri said.
