LONDON - London Audio provided a new sound reinforcement system comprised of 15 custom-painted 100V constant-voltage EDGE25PW at the historic Painted Hall in King William Court at the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich.
The hall, decorated with
James Thornhill's baroque frescoes, is steeped in history - it is where England mourned Lord
Horatio Nelson after he was mortally wounded in one of the great victories of
the British Royal Navy, the Battle of Trafalgar, in 1805.
The hall still hosts many
important events requiring high quality sound reinforcement. The new system was
first used at a commemoration of the Battle of Trafalgar last fall.
