The Final No Show – A Tribute to George Jones” was recently held at the Bridgestone Arena here and featured a Who’s Who of country music luminaries. Creative Audio supported the event, making use of a JBL audio system from Harman that included more than 100 VTX and VerTec line array loudspeakers.

AV Vegas Supports Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon Starting Line with JBL VTX Line Arrays

AV Vegas once again supported the 2013 event, this time with Harman’s Crown I-Tech HD amplifier-powered JBL VTX line arrays at the starting line.LAS VEGAS — Fatigued runners looking to focus on something besides their own aches and pains had the entire visual spectacle of the Las Vegas strip for the Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon which took place here last November. Other welcome distractions included sneaker-clad Elvi, glitzy showgirls and 25 bands on 19 stages. AV Vegas once again supported the event in 2013, this time with Harman’s Crown I-Tech HD amplifier-powered JBL VTX line arrays at the starting line.

Sarasota's Church of Hope Installs VUE al-4 Line Arrays

Church of Hope turned to Fort Myers-based Tech-Tronics to improve the sound within a 250,000-square-foot facility that opened in Sarasota, FL. in 2007. Tech-Tronics replaced the existing LCR and delay clusters with simple left and right hangs of eight VUE Audiotechnik al-4 elements per side.SARASOTA, FL — To improve upon the audio system that had been used since their 250,000-square-foot facility opened here in 2007, Church of Hope turned to Fort Myers-based Tech-Tronics, which replaced the existing LCR and delay clusters with simple left and right hangs of eight VUE Audiotechnik al-4 elements per side. Two VUE V4 Systems Engines provides power and processing for the line arrays. The church's existing subs were retained for low frequency support.

The new KARA rig in action in MGM Hotel/Casino’s Sports BookLAS VEGAS — MGM Resorts International added an L-Acoustics’ KARA system to its arsenal of audio gear that gets put to use for a wide variety of events staged at more than a dozen resort properties along the Las Vegas Strip. MGM Resorts production supervisor Shad Groverland says the purchase is part of the company’s strategy to make use of more of the gear it already owns between its properties rather than rent gear from an outside vendor. Deltona High School intalled an Allen & Heath GLD-80 Mixer and AR2412 Mixrack combination.DELTONA, FL — For Deltona High School’s 975-seat theater here, Dan Lee of Signature Systems Florida recommended a new loudspeaker system and a modern DSP to replace the theater’s analog signal processing equipment.
